1. What types of events do you cater?

2. How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, wedding season). For smaller events, we appreciate at least a two-week notice, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.

3. Do you offer a variety of menu options?

Yes, we offer a diverse range of menus, from classic American to international cuisine. We also have options for different serving styles, such as plated dinners, buffets, and food stations. We are happy to customize a menu to meet your preferences and dietary needs.

4. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Absolutely. We take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously. We can create menus that are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when you book our services so we can plan accordingly.

5. How do you handle food safety and hygiene?

Food safety is our top priority. Our staff is trained in proper food handling and sanitation procedures. We use high-quality, fresh ingredients and follow strict guidelines to ensure that all food is prepared and served safely.

6. Do you provide staff for the event?

Yes, we can provide professional and experienced staff, including chefs, servers, and bartenders, to ensure your event runs smoothly. The number of staff needed will depend on the size and type of your event.

7. What is included in your catering service?

Our full-service catering includes menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup. We can also provide all necessary equipment, such as serving dishes, flatware, glassware, and linens. We will work with you to determine the exact services you need.

8. What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the final payment due a specified number of days before the event. Our cancellation policy is outlined in our contract, and a cancellation fee may apply depending on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs.

9. How do you determine the price of your services?

Our pricing is based on several factors, including the menu you choose, the number of guests, the length of the event, and the services you require (e.g., staff, equipment rental). We will provide a detailed quote after we have discussed the specifics of your event.

10. Can I sample your food before booking?

We offer food tastings for large events such as weddings at a cost that will be added to your package total if we are booked. Please contact us to schedule a tasting and discuss your menu preferences.

11. Do you offer bar services?

No, We do not provide any bar services at this time. 

12. What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Central Florida area. Please contact us to confirm if we can cater to your specific location.

13. What if my guest count changes?

We understand that guest counts can fluctuate. We ask for a final guest count a specific number of days before the event. We can usually accommodate minor changes, but significant changes may affect the final price and menu.

14. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured catering company. We can provide proof of our credentials upon request.

Cake FAQ

 

1. What size are your cakes? Our standard cakes are 8 inches in diameter with three layers, perfect for most celebrations. This size typically serves 8 to 12 people, depending on how it's sliced. We can create larger or smaller cakes upon request to fit your guest count.

2. Can I customize the cake flavor and design? Absolutely! We offer a variety of cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. We can also customize the design to match your event's theme or a specific vision you have in mind. During your consultation, we will work with you to choose the perfect combination.

3. Do you offer cakes for specific dietary needs? Not at this time. Our cakes may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten. 

4. How far in advance do I need to order a cake? We recommend placing your cake order at least two weeks in advance to give us ample time for preparation and to ensure we can meet your design requests. For custom or intricate designs, more notice is appreciated.

5. How should I transport and store the cake? We will provide detailed instructions for transporting your cake safely. Once you get it home, it should be kept refrigerated until about an hour before serving to ensure the best texture and flavor.

6. What is the price of a custom cake? The price of a custom cake depends on the size, complexity of the design, and flavors you choose. We will provide a detailed quote once we have discussed all the specifics of your order.
