Refund Policy for Food Items

 

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality food and service. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we have a strict refund policy.

All food sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any food items once they have been picked up by the customer or delivered to the specified address.

  • We take great care to ensure that your order is accurate and prepared to our high standards. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of pickup or delivery. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., a missing item or an incorrect dish), please notify us immediately before the delivery person or customer leaves the premises.

  • Once the food has been accepted, we cannot be held responsible for its condition. Proper handling and storage of food items after pickup or delivery are the customer's responsibility.
