My journey with food started in my grandmother's kitchen, where I watched the women in my family pour love and care into every meal. That’s where I learned that feeding people isn't just about sustenance; it’s about connection. The kitchen became my favorite place, a safe space to get creative and explore new cultures through flavors.
Food has always been my love language—a way to connect with people on a deeper level. It’s a pure joy to watch someone’s face light up after that first bite of something delicious. That’s the feeling that inspired me to create Scratch Bakery.
We find inspiration everywhere, and every dish we make tells a story. We take old traditions and give them a fresh twist, crafting menus that are both familiar and exciting. I put my heart into every dish, from savory entrées to our signature desserts. Because here at Scratch Bakery, we believe that great food is made with great love.
